The Law Office of Dimitrios Kourouklis, Ph.D was retained as trial counsel for a personal injury action for a passenger injured in a two car accident.  The Plaintiff, age 15 on the date of her accident, sustained three fractured cervical vertibrae.  On the eve of trial, we were able to obtain a settlement for the Plaintiff in the amount $390,000. - May 27, 2015
